Who we are

APOD was founded in 2012 from a simple yet ambitious idea to build a sustainable, efficient, and above all, human-centered agricultural model. A project that places people, the land, and the value of shared labor at its core.
Over the years, we have grown step by step, weaving together expertise, technology, and trusted relationships. Today, APOD is a solid and structured organization that coordinates an agricultural network spread across more than 2,500 hectares in Puglia, Molise, Lazio, and Tuscany, thanks to the collaboration of 20 direct members and two major cooperatives with 145 associated members. It is a vibrant, skilled, and dynamic agricultural community.

From seed to seedling, from cultivation to harvest, from field to industry every phase is managed in an integrated, monitored, and traceable way. Ours is a complete supply chain, built on conscious choices, modern technologies, our own equipment for harvesting and transportation, and a deep understanding of the needs of the agri-food industry.
It’s no coincidence that our clients include leading national and international agri-food companies—businesses that choose APOD for its reliability, consistent quality, and the assurance of a secure, certified, and forward-looking supply chain.

Quality

Every day, we cultivate excellence by offering products that meet the highest standards of freshness, safety, and traceability.

Sustainability

We respect the land that nourishes us by adopting responsible and innovative farming practices to protect the environment and natural resources.

Integration

We are a united supply chain: from seed to harvest, we work together with our members to ensure a transparent, efficient, and shared production process.

At the heart of APOD lie strong, clear values:

Quality, sustainability, and integration. We believe that producing well also means respecting the environment, reducing waste, using resources intelligently, and educating our members in responsible agricultural practices.

APOD is much more than an agricultural organization. It is an ecosystem—an alliance between people, nature, and technology. A continuously evolving project, firmly rooted in Italian agricultural tradition and focused on building a greener, more ethical, and more productive future.
